How can Windows XP OEM be restored on a Sony Vaio?
It's a Sony Vaio desktop. It didn't include any OEM disks. My brother made some kind of restore dvd but it isn't bootable and he installed linux on the hard drive deleting all windows partitions. What can I do?

Sony Viao came with the software to create backup disks. They have a preinstalled utility to copy a full windows OEM installation on to ~10 disks. I guess you did not do this ( me neither...). The best bet would be to contact Sony Vaio support
