Sony Vaio "F" series laptop

How much will it cost to clean out a Sony Vaio's dust clogged fan?
I have a Sony Vaio "F" series laptop, and the fan is making a grinding noise, and when I move it, it screeches and stops, then continues. I'm wondering if its clogged up with dust, or if the fan is defective. I bought a can of pressurized air, still no good. My question is, how much is this going to run me if I take my laptop to Geek Squad at my local Best Buy? How much will it cost to get it cleaned from the inside?

About 1-2$ Go into bestbuy and buy a can of compressed air, start with loosening the dust clogged in the rear vent of the laptop cage, sometimes the exhaust is on the left side, you need to loosen the large dust ball blocking the heat exit. Oh be careful, because when the dust comes out, dont have your face there to catch it on its way out. Once you get the dust out of the main vent proceed to blowing air into each and every hole the laptop has, once again, Keep Face Away from Flying debris coming out of exhaust, Some nasty stuff is gonna come flying out. When you have 90% of the dust out, the bad sound should stop because the dust should be somewhere other then the computer or your face. Tip Dont JAM the nozzle in there like some Mexican cleaning lady does to a Vacuum under a bed while your still sleeping, because the parts and wires are very sensitive to things jamming into them. Tip Most people are curious, so they want to look at all that dust flying out of the exhaust, that's when the unlucky large dust-ball decides to fly out...
