How would you recommend a Sony Vaio laptop?
I need a laptop and I was thinking of a Sony Vaio. I have a lot of schoolwork and I also use the computer a lot for entertainment. Are they efficient? Good to use? Any problems? Any defects at all? Thank you(:

I have had 3 Sony laptops without any problem. My new laptop is also Sony VGN-FZ. They are efficient and good to use, also stylish. I recommend you to check Sony FZ and FW series laptops.

Is there any way to do a master reset on a Sony Vaio Laptop?
Is there any way to do a master reset on a Sony Vaio Laptop?
The username and password are not longer working on my Sony Vaio Laptop and I was wondering if there is any type of master reset? The important information I have on my laptop are backed up on my desktop so I don't need to worry about losing any information.

HI Well since you did not specify on where was the password problem i have to assume is either for the systemboard or windows. Now if its the systemboard then go into the bios and do a reset , if its lock then you have to open the laptop and take out the battery from the bios . Now if the password is in windows , then, download ERD COMMANDER so you can recover the password. and last you can just reformat the drive

Sony vaio vgn-nw310F
A disk read error has occurred press control alt delete to restart. How to fix it on a sony vaio?
i had my sony vaio vgn-nw310F for about a year and it has this problem. i searched on google but found nothing i need a quick reply. i don't have the restore cds or any of the cds at all i don't care if i have to format it i just need it fixed

Sony vaio webcam and dell studio xps webcam
how to connect a sony vaio webcam and dell studio xps webcam?
my boyfriend has a sony vaio with a built in webcam. i have a dell studio xps with a built in webcam as well. idk if this makes a difference but we both have windows vista. how can we connect our webcams? is there a certain program we should download? or would we need something like AIM or Yahoo instant messaging to use our webcams together?

Yes, you need a chat/IM program to use the webcams together. Yahoo, MSN, GoogleTalk, Skype, they all work...
